Do you make your bed every morning? This has been a debate for a few years and now Mattress experts are weighing in.

Mattress experts said that moisture and sweat builds up in our bedsheets when we sleep, especially in the summer. By making your bed in the morning, the moisture gets trapped under and it'll still be there when you go back to bed the next night.

Instead of making our beds, we should be pulling back out bedding in the morning to let the moisture evaporate and to let out mattress and sheets "breathe"
