A Warner Robins, Ga man fell overboard during a cruise from Jacksonville to the Bahamas on Carnival Cruise Line's "Elation" ship. The man is 24 year old Kevin Wellons. Carnival says there is video showing the man going overboard from the ship's 11th deck around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning. The Coast Guard has suspended their search.
