Just a few years ago, country superstar was trying to make a name for himself in Bronwood, GA. Now he's working on a 10th #1 single with "Single Saturday Night" and missing his roots.
Cole got his start in country music on The Bull's Backyard Country, Saturday nights. It's only fitting his new song is called "Single Saturday Night". Cole told me, "especially with times like right now, I wanted to have something fun out and I'm just glad that fans are reacting the way I hoped they would."
He talked about his roots in Georgia and seeing family when he gets a chance to come home. "I miss Georgia, man." He said when he has to do when home, I gotta go see my mom and my buddies I grew up with... Obviously, I'm a huge Georgia sports fan. I gotta make it to a Braves, Falcons, Georgia Southern, whatever it is. ..to get to a game and represent."
